NIMAS Standards Become Official

The United States Department of Education has published the final NIMAS standard in the Federal Register as of today - July 19, 2006. This is critical because a law does not become a LAW until it's formal publication in this very central Federal document*. It's publication now starts the clock for deadlines connected with the statute.
